目的： 透過不同類型活動，如：拉筋運動、專題講座、興趣班等， 一起分享耶穌基督的愛。
對象：成年人 
時間：逢星期三 9:00am-12:30pm（實體聚會）

活動時間及內容：
9:00-9:45am 拉筋運
9:45-10:15am 簡便早餐
10:15-11:15am 專題講座
11:15am-12:30pm 興趣班
